After 35 years of coaching at the NCAA Division I level, including 30 years at Yale, I founded Strategic Recruiting Advisors to help families better understand and manage the college recruiting process. I have seen firsthand how confusing and stressful recruiting can be for student-athletes and their parents.

My goal is to make it clear, structured, and empowering. Through personalized advising, transparent education, and strategic planning, I help families make informed decisions that lead to the right college fit athletically, academically, and personally.
